Once your order is dispatched, you can track it online using the information provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
If the courier's online tracking is not updating, please see here.
If the online tracking is showing your order as delivered but you still have not received it, please:
- Check with your neighbours.
- Call your courier company to see if they are holding your parcel and need to liaise with you in order to complete your order delivery.
- Check the shipping address you used for your order as you may have inputted the wrong address. If your address was incorrect then your parcel may be returned to us after delivery fails at which point we can refund you for the cost of the items you have ordered.

Please note that order dispatch timelines may be increased by an additional 2-3 working days during November and December due to increased order volume around Black Friday and Christmas holidays.
